In South Africa we have a minimum wage and labour laws and it is also a fact that our country is ruled by a trade union and by communists together with the ANC. So to survive in this country we must be clever. Again while on the road I thought of the following idea. It is possible for an individual to for a company. So then why not instead of hiring employees, hire companies (consisting of different an individual each)to do the job for you. Ten there is no minimum wage ( The lowest tender get the job) and no union ( since each individual owns his/her own company and where they want their company to work is their choice.) it one can also get rid of employees easier this way. This is not the ideal circumstances, but since the labour laws in this country will not change soon the way in which we hire employees must change. So Cosatu, if people start to hire people in this way you will loose members, and thus would the ruling party loose votes, the poor will also get poorer since company tax is higher and bad debts will rise since more people will buy goods on their company's name and would not be able to pay it back. This can make things really bad. I would make the suggestion that you will abandon minimum wages in this country and also enable employers hire and fire employees at will as soon as possible. For the SACP I have one question: How can one be a communists after it was proven that communism does not work (The fall of the USSR and look at China's amazing growth since it made it markets more capitalistic), will any communist out there tell me why?

Traffic

After driving on a highway I saw how many persons was driving alone in a vehicle. The government wants less cars on the roads, but the amount of people that will need to travel will remain the same. So in what ways can you motivate people to travel together?

It occurred to me then that why do you not force all the people who drive in a car with less than halve the seats of the car not occupied by a person to only use the slow lane with the trucks. While all the vehicle with half or more than half the seating capacity occupied to use the fast lanes.

This will cause more people to buy small cars with only two seats (eg. Smart) and more people will travel to their jobs together.

This in turn will lead to less pollution and we will all save on traveling expenses.
